Why we need you

As Senior Partner Manager – Global Partnerships, you will manage and grow Maltego’s global partner ecosystem, including System Integrators (SIs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), and strategic partners across EMEA and the US.
Your mission is to expand, enable, and optimize a high-performing partner network that drives sustainable revenue growth and extends Maltego’s reach within the cybersecurity, intelligence, and investigation ecosystem.
You will combine strong commercial partner-management expertise with a solid understanding of the cybersecurity market and customer landscape to identify the right partners, build compelling joint value propositions, and help partners position Maltego effectively with security and intelligence customers.

What to expect

Partner & Channel Growth

Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue outcomes, including pipeline creation, deal progression, and ARR growth.
Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop high-potential strategic partners, including cybersecurity-focused SIs, MSSPs, VARs, technology partners, and government prime contractors.
Develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with partners.
Drive co-selling activities with Sales and partners, including deal strategy, positioning, and executive alignment.
Support renewals and expansion opportunities through the partner ecosystem.

Cybersecurity Partner Ecosystem

Develop relationships with partners operating across the cybersecurity and threat intelligence ecosystem.
Understand how partners deliver cybersecurity solutions and services to enterprise and government customers and identify where Maltego can complement their offering.
Work with partners to develop relevant use cases and positioning for customers operating in areas such as Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), threat investigation, security operations, incident response, and digital investigations.
Stay informed about developments within the cybersecurity market and use these insights to identify new partnership opportunities.

Partner Qualification & Enablement

Own the qualification, onboarding, and activation of new partners.
Assess potential partners based on strategic fit, market reach, cybersecurity expertise, commercial potential, and ability to generate new business.
Ensure partners are commercially and technically enabled to position Maltego effectively.
Coordinate onboarding, training, certification, and ongoing enablement activities.

Partner Management & Governance

Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the partner ecosystem.
Establish clear commercial objectives, success criteria, and partner development plans.
Maintain an effective operating cadence through regular partner reviews and performance tracking.
Act as the primary escalation point for partner-related commercial and deal topics.
Maintain high standards of partner CRM data, reporting, forecasting, and operational processes.

Partner Marketing & Engagement

Collaborate with Marketing on partner campaigns, webinars, events, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
Develop cybersecurity-focused partner messaging and campaigns together with relevant internal stakeholders.
Ensure joint activities have clearly defined commercial objectives and measurable outcomes.

Your profile in short

4–6+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, alliances, or ecosystem development within B2B technology/SaaS.
Professional experience within the cybersecurity industry or significant experience managing partners that sell cybersecurity products, solutions, or services.
Good understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem and how security solutions are purchased, positioned, and delivered to enterprise and/or government customers.
Experience working with cybersecurity-focused System Integrators, MSSPs, VARs, technology partners, or similar channel organizations.
Proven track record of developing partners that generate pipeline and revenue.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions, channel sales, and partner-led/co-selling models.
Ability to understand technical cybersecurity solutions and translate their value into compelling commercial propositions for partners and customers.
Excellent stakeholder-management skills with the ability to operate confidently with senior and executive stakeholders.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, and other internal teams.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), threat intelligence platforms, security operations, digital investigations, OSINT, or adjacent cybersecurity solutions.
Existing network within the cybersecurity partner ecosystem.
Experience developing global partner or channel programs.
Experience working with government-focused partners or government prime contractors.
Experience developing partner enablement or certification programs.
